Next-Level Loose
It's funny how format can change a snus. The most famous example of this is probably Ettan, whose chocolate notes are super-pronounced in the portion but fade to the background in loose form. Skruf also does this, but not as drastically. The rose is definitely less pronounced , giving the bergamot a little room to breathe, but it's the smoke that really fills that gap. As good as the flavor is, however, this snus' real strength is in the texture. This is the most well-behaved loose I've used so far. It bakes easy as canned biscuits. Once in the lip, it stays in place and absorbs moisture until it forms this amorphous, but coherent, blob that doesn't run, doesn't move around and comes out relatively easily. This is the first loose I've used out of the house. Hell, you can even poke at it with the tip of your tongue for a little bit of extra flavor without triggering a slide.
