Hallonlakritsskalle (raspberry licorice skull) may be difficult to pronounce, but it is not difficult to enjoy. The divine and well-balanced combination of raspberry and licorice has made this an icon on Swedish candy shelves, and it has been loved since its release in 2001. Hallonlakritsskalle is enjoyed in the shape of a skull, half of it with the taste of raspberry, and the other half with licorice.
The design of the candy skull itself is beautiful, the raspberry side with a lovely, pinkish-red, and the licorice side with an, almost matt, black finish, marking the change of flavor clearly, which allows you to enjoy the Hallonlakritsskalle however you like - eating the flavors separately or combining them together.
BUBS Godis got the idea for this fantastic candy from a skull figurine made from plastic that they found in a drawer filled with bills, pens, messy notes, and candy. That was when they got the epiphany of Hallonlakritsskalle, and once BUBS Godis had the finished product, they knew they had created a Swedish candy for the ages.
