Salta Katten Original

The Salta Katten(Salty Cat) candy are small black gummy sweets with salty liquorice(salmiac) flavour. The consistency is a combination of hard and soft and they therefore have a satisfyingly chewy texture. A little treat for the liquorice lovers out there.

The shapes of the candy are cats’ paws and they come in a small pocket size bag. The design of the bag is yellow with a black cat on the cover. The candies have a matte black colour and the flavour last a long time due to the texture.

According to the manufacturer Frazer, they sell approximately 1.1 million boxes a year. Even if the factory originates in Finland and the candy is produced in Karkkila, their candy is still amongst the favourites on the Swedish market.
