Malaco Zoo Bag

Malaco’s Zoo candies are cute fruit-flavoured gummy sweets. They are all bright red and shaped to look like little sitting monkeys. The scrumptious candies have a slight bubble-gum essence to them. The texture is half way between hard and soft, making them delightfully chewy, but not overly so. There is no bounce back when chewing which means that the sweets last a little longer.

The packaging is bright and friendly, appealing to kids and adults alike. Half red, and half bright yellow; the bags of candy feature a very cheerful looking parrot, a monkey, and a giraffe with its head stuck through one of the ‘o’s of the name Zoo. The cheerful packaging is definitely a draw, and the candies can also come in a box format; a more easily sealable, and therefore portable, option.

Malaco’s Zoo is a firm favourite in Sweden, it could even be said to be a classic. Children (and adults) love these sweet little red monkeys, and the friendly zoo animals capture their imagination. The satisfying chewy texture will keep them occupied for some time and the flavour isn’t too strong or overpowering for a young palette.
